My husband and I did not have a family dentist, but after my first visit with Dr. Stephen, I am convinced that we will... be visiting him again in the future. Due to my recent fall, I had broken and loose teeth, and was able to be seen the same business day of my call. A few days later I returned to have him fix one of my broken teeth. Dr. Stephen, along with staff members Codi, Demi, and Carol, were all awesome… so friendly, helpful, and understanding. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Dr. Stephen is coordinating on my behalf with another dental professional so that the multi-step dental work on my other teeth can continue. I am more than satisfied with my experience, and highly recommend Moorkamp & Arthur!read more

Particularly if you are anxious or... have a history of dentists who didn’t listen, were too rough, or didn’t focus on your needs - let the Moorkamp and Arthur team show you a different side of dental care. I have been a patient for over 20 years, and the effort they put in has always been incredible. They listen to my concerns and feelings, take time to explain/answer questions, and always provide thorough yet gentle care. I’ve had some great hygienists over the years, most recently Karlee has been providing attentive, friendly, and professional service. I cannot praise her and the other employees enough!read more

I 100% recommend Moorkamp & Arthur. They are the best in taking care of your dental health. My doctor is Dr. Stephen,... who I recommend and have recommended to all my friends. He is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable but the best thing is what an excellent professional he is! Rolla is lucky to have him!! I started seeing Bill Moorkamp about 15 years ago and fell in love with how he explained all the options I could choose... and his suggestions were always in your best interest that might not be the most expensive option. As time went on all of our kids became adults and lucky for him his son and son in law, Charlie Arthur took over my care. A few years ago I almost died with cancer and the chemo was particularly hard to n my teeth. I spent many thousands of dollars just trying to keep up. The other issue was my memory was /is in terrible shape so the office attendant, Anna Metternich kept me on tract by giving me reminder calls. Her help means the world to me. She definitely when above and beyond the expectations. She would call to make sure I hadn’t fallen or was in an accident. What a lady! The girls up from give the customer their first impression of your business. Luckily it seems that all the staff give off an err of happiness and professionalism. If I had it to spare I would at least give Anna an Extra dollar each day. Thank you to everyone for all that you do treat customer with dignity and respect.read more

For my entire life, I have always dreaded going to the dentist, until today. I can honestly say this is the 1st time I... didn’t suffer through the shots to numb my gums/teeth. The entire staff is very pleasant to deal with & are always asking if I had any questions. A game plan for my dental care was layed out & while performing the work I was being told what they were doing. I’m so pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend them. They take care of you & treat you like family.read more
