Moorkamp & Arthur Family Dentistry, operates the moorkampdental.com website, which provides the SERVICE.

Terms and Conditions

Moorkamp & Arthur Family Dentistry is a dental office that communicates directly with patients. We send texts to confirm appointments, answer questions they may have, and to let them know if the office will have to be closed for any reason. We will also conduct two-way texting where patients will be able to communicate directly with us to answer any questions they may have. We text each person 3-4 times per year when they have an appointment to confirm them. We do not send any mass text messages to big groups of people. 

Patients can opt in to receive SMS-based  notifications either over the phone or during their appointments. When speaking with patients, staff members will ask if they would like to opt in to these notifications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary but patients can expect to receive  3-4 text messages from us per year on average.
