Jessi Ettinger-Sanazaro, Dental Assistant

Hi, I am Jessi Ettinger-Sanazaro. I had the privilege of starting my dental career in 2016. In November of 2019 I was able to join the team at Moorkamp & Arthur Family Dentistry.

I grew up in the small town of Cuba, Missouri, which is where I currently live with my husband Lane. In my free time you will find me traveling, being on or in the water, or fishing & hunting.

I have always been interested in the dental field, but unsure of the path I wanted to take once in the dental world. When I was first given the opportunity of becoming a dental assistant, I knew that I made the right choice for myself.

After accepting a Dental Assistant position with Moorkamp & Arthur Family Dentistry in 2019, I immediately felt honored and blessed to be a part of such a highly recommended team. My team members have been nothing but educational, enjoyable, and family oriented. We truly care about providing health-centered dentistry, and all have the same end result in mind, “Health”, which is extremely rewarding.

As for myself, I am always eager to further my educational experience. I am taking the Dental Assistant Basic Skills exam this year.

I went in with a complete fear of the dentist! I had a toothache and they were able to get me in the next day! After my... consult they were able to fit me in that afternoon for a root canal to save my tooth! I was TERRIFIED and almost canceled my appointment, but I didn’t. Dr. Stephen and all of the staff were very accommodating and made the whole process painless and eased all of my anxieties! I’m no longer afraid of the dentist thanks to all of the staff! For my entire life, I have always dreaded going to the dentist, until today. I can honestly say this is the 1st time I... didn’t suffer through the shots to numb my gums/teeth. The entire staff is very pleasant to deal with & are always asking if I had any questions. Best office around. I drive from St. Robert because their care is worth the extra mile. (Or 20) They have helped me... from cleanings/gum health all the way to crowns/veneers which reconstructed the look of my smile to be something I’m proud of.
