Ashton Myers, CDA, EFDA
Hi, I am Ashton Myers! I am originally from Iberia, Missouri but currently reside in Rolla, Missouri. I started my Dental career in June 2016 after graduating from Iberia High School in May of 2016. I attended State Technical College of Missouri for the Dental Assisting program. I graduated in May 2017 as a Certified Dental Assistant and obtained my Expanded Functions certificates as well. I started going to the Orthodontist at a very young age and fell in love with the dental setting. I was never scared of the Dentist and actually always looked forward to my next appointment. A career in healthcare was always something I had envisioned for myself and also getting to help others in such an impactful way. So, I took my interest in Dental and my desire to help others and became a Certified Dental Assistant. Before working here, I worked in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri for the US military. While working there, I was an assistant for the Endodontic department. I love what I do and I am always looking for ways to further my knowledge in the dental field.
I knew from the very beginning I wanted to be a part of a caring dental team. I found just that at Moorkamp & Arthur Family Dentistry. I started here in September of 2022 and instantly felt welcomed by the team. It was as if I had worked here for 10 years already! The Dr’s and my coworkers are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My team is always offering a lending hand when needed. I enjoy being part of a team who is also like family. When I am not in the dental office you can usually find me on the farm, hanging out with friends and family, being outside, and watching my younger brother play sports.
