Alia Jones, Patient Coordinator
Hi, my name is Alia Jones and I have been with Moorkamp & Arthur Family Dentistry since August of 2019. I have been in the dental field since 2002.
My career started as a Certified/Expanded Function Dental Assistant, and I made the switch to Patient Coordinator when I joined the practice.
I grew up not too far from Rolla, in the small town of Dixon, Missouri. I had the privilege of moving around the states for a few years with the military and got to see and experience a lot of different things. I came back to my hometown area in 2019 when I joined Moorkamp & Arthur Family Dentistry. I felt pulled to the dental field early on.
As I child, I grew up going to the dentist routinely every 6 months and it made an impact on how I viewed dental and physical health. Getting to do something you love every day and share that love and passion with patients makes life feel that much more rewarding.
Having a passion for what I do and being part of a team that shares in that same passion, makes what I do that much more fun and exciting. Every day that we get to share and teach the importance of dental and physical health is a chance we get to help improve the lives of others, and that is always a good day.
